Support
Us
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Missouri Pain
Initiative in our efforts to improve the lives of the one
in four Missourians
who are in pain on any given day. Many of our members are full-time
health care professionals, specializing in diagnosing and treating
pain, who are volunteering their time to work together to educate
health care providers, policy makers, and pain sufferers about
effective diagnosis and treatment of pain. Your generosity
will enable us to continue our efforts to ease the pain and
suffering
of our fellow Missourians.
You can donate a gift on
your own behalf or in honor or in memory of someone whose life
has been touched
by pain.
Print off and complete the donation/gifting
form and
mail it along
with
a check
or money order payable to: Missouri Pain Initiative,
225 SE Sumpter Drive, Lee’s Summit, MO 64063
