Changing the Face of Pain in Missouri

The Changing the Face of Pain in Missouri collaborative is a network of health care organizations working to improve the care of Missourians in pain. Launched through a partnership between the Missouri Pain Initiative and the State Advisory Council on Pain and Symptom Management, the Changing the Face of Pain in Missouri collaborative has developed a two-year strategic plan aimed at public engagement and empowerment, improving healthcare providers ability to assess and treat pain, and helping to shape policy on pain issues.
