Presentation requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first served basis. We will take into consideration the size of the venue, with opportunities to reach larger audiences taking precedence over smaller venues when conflicting scheduling occurs. Speakers will be assigned based on availability, geographic location, and requested topic and/or speaker. Please note that the provision of continuing education credits will be the responsibility of the requesting organization. We would be happy to provide CV's and slides prior to the talk for purposes of getting the programs accredited for CME.

To request a speaker for your professional education event or get information about our fee schedule, please contact MOPI at: 636.300.3948 or info@missouripain.org.

American Pain Foundation Launches Fibromyalgia Awareness Pilot Project in Missouri
To raise awareness about fibromyalgia (FM), an often misdiagnosed, musculoskeletal pain condition that affects up to six million Americans, the American Pain Foundation (APF) is piloting a Is Fibro the Cause? awareness project in Missouri. They are working with community and statebased alliance groups and fibro advocates to disseminate our new Is Fibro the Cause? toolkit. Not only does this toolkit include helpful tips and resources on how to recognize fibromyalgia’s signs and symptoms, but also provides a worksheet to help track symptoms and facilitate communication with your health care provider.
Find out how to get a free toolkit.
